"I am happy to share a wonderful customer service experience I had at our Chad Gregorini, State Farm Agency. I received a message from Elizabeth regarding one of our policies. It was during the holiday season when everything is so hectic and her message was so refreshing. She used the verbiage “I am calling with care, concern and kindness”. She left detail, saving me time as due to the holidays this was something I forgot about. I could hear compassion in her tone and the message ended with her wishing me a wonderful holiday. I was so impressed with her message that I used the scenario and her service in a Team Meeting with my staff the next day. We have been with this same State Farm Agency for well over 30 years, sure we have had knocks on the door from competitors but Chad and his team have always provided us the best service, make us feel like our business is important to them and treat us like the long time valued client. They are always quick to respond to any issue. We have never felt the need to look elsewhere for our insurance. I would recommend Chad Gregorini State Farm to anyone and everyone needs a “Elizabeth” on their team!!"
